Open Plain Text File Hangs

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a plain text file (33 bytes, 393,792 bytes, ...) of any size and upload it to the Documents folder.
2. In the app, navigate to the Documents folder.
3. Tap the name of the plain text file.
4. The app hangs with a spinning arrow.

Expected behaviour

The file should open in the file in the plain text editor.

Actual behaviour

The app hangs with a spinning arrow.
