Set threshold for an alert condition - broken links

Found some broken links in the page: https://docs.newrelic.com/docs/alerts/create-alert/set-thresholds/set-thresholds-alert-condition

How to reproduce the issue:

1. Browse the page
2. Jump to the View and set thresholds section
3. Click on the link "creating a condition".
4. OUTCOME: the "Hmm...We can't find this" page is shown

Similarly for the link "find that condition in the UI."

Could you please fix those links?
