After merging #450 with a release label, the auto release workflow did not detect a version bump: https://github.com/neurobagel/query-tool/actions/runs/13023949232/job/36329816683#step:5:19187

This is odd, because the similar workflow that runs on the PR itself to bump package.json did run correctly: https://github.com/neurobagel/query-tool/actions/runs/13023196353/job/36327771565#step:7:29
This is not related to #410 as no v0.8.2 tag was created.

          For some reason it looks like this PR didn't trigger a release as expected...not sure why ☹️
