For tabular data (e.g., specific diagnoses) that might not have an exact match in our provided vocabulary, having easy access to the full descriptions of possible vocabulary terms from the dropdowns during value annotation could be very useful to determine the closest match.

For example, in the dropdown for a diagnosis column, the option "Parkinson's disease" could be a hyperlink that takes you to the full SNOMED URL: http://purl.bioontology.org/ontology/SNOMEDCT/49049000

Another use case would be choosing between vocabulary terms that are very similar, such as "Hoehn and Yahr scale" vs. "Hoehn and Yahr score".

Now that we are using SNOMED for both assessments and diagnoses, we might be able to take advantage of the fact that most (?) of the BioPortal term URLs are dereferenceable.
