[Feat]: Aruba CX Switch - View Fan Status

Problem

Aruba CX switches are able to report the status of the fans. I have seen examples in Zabbix. It would be great to get that functionality in Zabbix to receive an alert when a fan is not working.

Description

The ability to see if a fan is working or not on Aruba CX switches.
