Track down how much resources we need for the initial academic cluster

Motivation

Find out how many resourses we expect each student to be using for the different courses this semster so that we can confirm that the 3 FC830s we have will be enough.

Completion Criteria

Gather data on notebooks, confirm we will have enough resources. If not create a new issue to add FC830s to academic cluster.

Description

• @joachimweyl calculate how much resources we have in 3 FC830s
• @DanNiESh find out how much each student will use and multiply by the number of students
  • will need to create a notebook on the test cluster using the students expected notebooks
• If the resourses needed is smaller than resourse in 3 FC830s close this issue
• If not then close this issue and create a new issue to add the # of FC830s we need to the academic cluster

I've sent an email to Langdon (cc'ed you) and also pinged him on slack, no update yet. But if the class is using small size container (Limits: 2 CPU, 8GiB Memory Requests: 1 CPU, 8GiB Memory), then 3 FC830s are enough. He said the class is light weight.

This semester is his first class. I think 3 FC830s would be just enough if his class will use small size container (Tho I think x small will be more likely that the class will use). But I just heard that cs210 will also teach on edu cluster. Based on my knowledge of cs210 (150+ students, x small container per student), I think we need extra CPU nodes.
