[Feature Request] Pattern Mining Algorithms #224

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The objective is to find, in the database, frequent paths or relevant paths based on its nodes.
Describe the solution you would like
The solution would be to have new algorithms in the GDS plugin.
- Frequent pattern discovery
- Sequential pattern mining
- Association rule learning
Describe alternatives you have considered
Do the calculations with another library in Python or R.
Additional context
Lots of development in perspective but it would be great to add to the plugin.
