Fabric Logo

Fabric is a lightweight, open-source tool for visualizing and reporting library relationships.

Fabric uses R's Shiny library and can be used as a website or a standard R project. Shiny is a powerful R package that makes it easy to build interactive web applications.

How to use

To start using Fabric, you can simply go to https://dss.ncf.edu/fabric/

If you want to use Fabric on your computer, you can download this repository and open the Fabric.Rproj file. (You need RStudio installed in your computer to do that). If you want a web-accessible instance of the project but would rather not bother with setting up a server, check out https://www.shinyapps.io/, Shiny's freemium hosting solution.
