CLI: 5.2.0
VSCode: v.2019.2.21.1

Steps to reproduce:

tns create app1 --js
tns test init
Open app in VSCode, set breakpoint in tests/example.js file
Run from Test on iOS or Android
Resume the debugger until the breakpoint in test is hit. If you wait for 30 seconds the debugger disconnects
