Describe the bug
After upgrade to nativescript-vscode-extension v0.8.0, I find that there is only one line in the call stack when debugging. It is not very convenient when I want to know the hierarchy of the call stack when hitting a breakpoint.
Before upgraded, I can see many lines info in the call stack and I can click any line to change the current context.
