Manually run test_tutorials workflow

Manually trigger #201

test_tutorials_2 is in its own workflow file and is gated by a manual trigger due to the notebook taking ~30 mins to run. This will be available to run after merging into main due to workflow_dispatch (noted in this post)

Consider if test_tutorials_2 should be triggered when editing any files related to composite models, mixture of experts, and ensemble models.
