Summary

Currently it looks like the EPs are all tested using the ECSS Packet Utilization Standard (PUS) Header. Need to make sure this is optional, and capture some tests to that effect.

Opening issue so I don't lose this train of thought.

Use Case

Don't wish to require ECSS PUS Headers for all EP users
