Cannot get marker to be rendered on top of the header

When creating a custom marker with a top custom view I can't render it be on top of the header, tried to play with z-index'es and positions and displays, couldn't get it to work. Maybe I'm missing something.

Expected behavior
The time label should be on top of the header and not below it.

I think this is possible if you build a custom header. the code won't be beautiful but it will do the trick. let me know if want to try this and I can get you some pointers

@Ilaiwi Hey, right now I just don't show the top component of the marker, once I'll have to use it I'll for sure will use you advice and try to create a custom header to solve it. Thanks.
