error in extracting zip files on the installer #20
Description
This is something that happens occasionally with the Windows installers. after downloading the files, it says it cant extract from XXXX.zip file and the installation fails. I'm not sure what causes it, but there's a procedure that minimizes the error.
I suggest that we create a red button on the website "trouble installing?", which redirects to a html page with an image explaining the steps to avoid the error. something like this:
and some topics and bullets explaining even further.
today, someone reported this same error, and got fixed doing that procedure.
- deleting the temp folder,
- selecting all the combo boxes
- installl normally
