If we're exporting CSV, maybe accept incoming too? (e.g. existing Excel spreadie, etc -> CSV).

A consequence of having used Grocery CRUD is that "add new record" is already available... although need to investigate that no db constraints make it hard to use (I don't think there's a problem, but need to check)
