📝 docs(README.md): update Vue 2 support information

This commit updates the README.md file to reflect the changes in Vue 2 support. Vue 2 is now low priority support, but pull requests can still be sent to the v1 branch. The latest version for Vue 2 is v1.4.5, and there are no changes to the way the plugin is used or installed.
