Password bug fixes

This release includes several bug fixes mostly related to passwords and url encoding. Should address some issues seen with long passwords and special characters in the passwords.

Better password checking and other bug fixes

This release includes two main fixes:
1.) Fix to keybase windows bug
2.) Fix to password entropy issues. We now support NIST standards for passwords.

There were other minor fixes as well.

Bug fix release

This release fixes several bugs that are needed before release. We also implemented some embedded cold storage features which will work for the floonet. Another release will be made to use for mainnet once we have the final genesis block.
