Unexpected null pointer exception

I'm sharing this on behalf of a Mux customer

• I produce a new direct upload url from Postman (which i have tested through a PUT request in Postman and it works and uploads the file without problems)
• when i call the start() function in the MuxUpload.Builder in android and give it the video file when i want to upload then it throws an Exception:
