Design updates to (most) 'other' smileys

Redesigns:
- All cats
- alien
- alien_monster
- crossbones
- ghost
- jack_o_lantern
- robot
- skull

Removals:
- grumpy_block

Manifest/structure changes:
- Moved 'expressions_other' in with smilies.
- Rearranged smileys a bit.
- More reasonable tabs for creature emoji I guess? Can't remember when I did that!
