Bug on export in MP3 (v 4.4.4 & 4.5)

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Go to file
2. Go to export
3. select format "audio Mp3"
4. export

The MP3 file obtained is "blank" (nothing inside when you play it)

Yes, this used to work in MuseScore 3.x and now is broken

As workaround: export the file in MusicXLM.
The mp3 export works after that.
