RTCMulticonnection V3 video conferencing demo not working as expected.

I am using the latest code(3.4.3). I have been trying out video conferencing demo, I am not getting many to many video connections. Say, I am using 3 connections from three different computers and 3 different webcams. #1 opens the room, #2 joins, then #3 join. #1 sees and can speak to #2 and #3. #2 only sees #1 but not #3. #3 only sees #1 but not #2. So, #2 and #3 cannot see one another and # 1 can see everyone. Can you help with this? I checked video conferencing demo page also ( https://rtcmulticonnection.herokuapp.com/demos/Video-Conferencing.html )but that too work like this.I need everyone can see each other.

I checked V2 of RTCMulticonnection https://www.webrtc-experiment.com/RTCMultiConnection/videoconferencing.html#8268706028321296 it working properly on the same network but it didn't work on the different network.
