What steps did you take to trigger the issue?

Dear @mu-editor team,

Thanks for your work but can you release a new build and solve several problems?

The latest is old (2022-11-15), more 2 years ago.

There is no choice to install, it is per-user forced, it is not multi-users, no desktop icon possibility:

• C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Programs\Mu Editor

Can you add installer possibilities?

Important: Microsoft has rules for applications since a very long time, it must be installed in "Program Files" or "Program Files (x86)" if 32-bit.

Can you solve it and create a new release build?
