Add support to switch animations using foot pedals connected to the Raspberry Pi. Each pedal should have an animation (and a set of parameters) associated with it, and should switch to that animation on press. What animation and parameters a given pedal switches to should be configurable beforehand.

Currently there is no need for this feature to be included into Rustmas. A separate python script making calls through web API works well enough for any use-case that we considered.
