Locales using legacy nav display old brand in common-old-ie #15868

Description
For more uptodate locales that already have the new nav translated, there's #15867 — and the less active ones still display the former navigation that has some custom tweaks for display in old IE versions — however that still sports the old wordmark.
Steps to reproduce
Open your favorite locale without nav refresh, e.g. Hebrew, Polish or Scots: https://www.mozilla.org/sco/ in an old IE 💫
