[Bug]: Non-developer profiles have current date in: "User since" #15473

What happened?

Enter on a non-developer profile without login and observe that even if the user is created a year before , the "User since" will show the current date.

I think this is related to this task: #15402

What did you expect to happen?

To see the actual date of the account

Notes:
This applies only to non-developer profiles

Is there an existing issue for this?

That's fixed in the 2025-03-20 deploy already - and mozilla/addons-frontend#13503 will hide the row when the user since value is undefined (it's the current date because it was undefined)

I checked on dev, for developer profiles and non-developer, it shows the correct date:
