This repo depends on Viaduct which isn't published on crates.io

We should either:

work on publishing viaduct on crates.io
work on making viaduct optional

leplatrem added the merino label

@leplatrem since Viaduct is now behind feature flag, would it be possible to just publish the crate without that feature? (I don't know )
