CLS issue when using @module-federation/bridge-react

Describe the bug

To reproduce the bug clone the repo https://github.com/ArmenMesropyanOptimax/module-federation-bridge-cls and run the project. The issue happens when using bridge react to update React 19.

The problem is that for the RemoteApp initially it was render with the empty div without showing the loading state, which I've fixed here #3973
