Yes. We're an esports and crypto platform, where gamers play for prizes. We have several departments, so thread organization with current Modmail system is really poor.

We'd like to have a web dashboard where we can manage and track threads

- New config option

Maybe an exclusive channel where threads can be managed through reactions, commands, etc.
Who will this benefit?
It would benefit staff on having better organization, and therefore, users would be greatly bennefited, as they would get faster response times.
