the game crashes after I load a save file

I am having issues with this mod
for some reason the game crashes every time I try to load a new save file and instead I get the following error

it's seems to be caused by this mod
btw here's how I got the game set up atm:

anyways, why is the game crashing every time I try to load a save file and how I do I fix it?
