Hello, developers of Gearbox. I'm a visually impaired person. We usually use screen readers to operate computers. Currently, there is a project called Toby Accessibility. It enables us to play Doom games on GZDoom, as well as HERETIC and Hexen. You can learn more details through the following addresses:

I downloaded the latest version of Gearbox from your GitHub release page. At present, we can't use it. I set a keyboard key for the weapon menu in the options menu, and that was successful. However, I don't know how to use the keyboard to browse the weapon menu and the item menu. There is no screen reader feedback. Although there is a sound feedback, we have no idea what is specifically selected.

I'm not sure if you are aware of the accessibility support for the visually impaired. Since I've seen that you've provided support for the hearing - impaired in other places, I decided to give this feedback a try.

I hope Gearbox can support the use of screen readers. In the Toby Accessibility plugin, there is a configuration file named TobyConfig.ini. There is a line of configuration content "Toby_NarrationOutputType". Setting the number here to 2 can output most of the text to the console, which can be used in conjunction with a screen reader like NVDA. My description is limited, and I know nothing about code.
Thank you.
