Please could you give me some more details on this? Which browser and platform was this running on?

hi ben, yes of course ...

  1. platform: ipad Air, iOS 8.1.1., safari browser on iPad
  2. problems in detail:
  3. can´t change the values in the boxes (forward, backward), "10" in the "value block"
  4. no cycle maintained - run only the first command, than stops without any further reaction
  5. same for all other loops ...
  6. only the "turtle commands" running well - with the problem of "unchangable values".

detailed enough? sorry for my terrible english ... i worked only half a year in london (2001) and learned english before in eastern germany :-( ...

Similar on android tablet.
Nexus 7 (2012) running lollipop chrome browser.
The remote control works fine but as soon as drag and drop is needed there is a problem.

In Blockly it seems to switch between modes, you can either move blocks about and change the variables but not run programs, or vice versa.

In the default app the commands cannot be dragged.

@broo0ose @goyatz please could you try this again now? There was a recent fix that should sort this out.

No sorry, it seems the same on Android.

Looks like HTML5 drag is not supported on Android or IOS

True, although blockly does work on tablets. I tried this page on my iOS device and it worked fine:

https://blockly-games.appspot.com/turtle

I'll dig into it shortly.

and this Blockly page says it supports Android. I didn't realise it was a Google production.

The original issue was that loops weren't working - @goyatz could you please test whether this is still the case?

Now it also seems that drag and drop isn't working on touch browsers (although it did originally seem to be OK), which I'll take a look at today.

Yup, the file save update broke touch devices - have fixed this and will deploy shortly.

Reopen this issue if it's not fixed for you.
