[Meta] Helpful references for mod maintenance #131
Description
I don't know where else to put this, so here's my list of links that I find helpful to keep the minetest-mods mods alive. This is especially important to see regression reports early without watching all (currently) 199 repositories.
- Overview of all issues, chronologically ordered: GitHub, issues
- Overview of all PRs, chronologically ordered: GItHub, pulls
- Find & replace deprecated API calls: my rudimentary script
- Show deprecated API:
deprecated_lua_api_handling = login minetest.conf (this is the default)
Note: Whereas it sucks for the authors, I do not know whether or not some feature (or behaviour changing) PRs should be merged or rejected. Some PRs are flawed, some are long overdue - perhaps one day a clear decision can be made to reduce their count.
