I am using the scrolling tabs plugin and everything looks fine in Chrome, IE, FF but when comes to Edge there is this strange behavior:
When refreshing the page, the width of scrolling tabs goes zero, so all tabs disappear and only the arrows stay visible. If a minor resize occurs to the window or if I hit "inspect element" then the width goes back to normal and the scrolling tabs are visible again. If another page refreshing occurs, then the scrolling tabs may stay visible maybe not. The behavior in general is unstable, it doesn't matter how many times I'll hit the refresh button.

I wonder if this is a browser's issue or not...

Sorry, I don't have access to MS Edge but apparently Bootstrap 3 has a handful of issues with it:

The directive does have a refresh-on attribute that maybe you could leverage to force a refresh after a short delay on certain events?
