Is there any sens in reinstalling M$.Edge with winget?

Does winget upgrade works with MS.Edge?
Will all cache/config be lost after calling winget install Edge or will there be two browsers installed in the system?
Perhaps one needs to uninstall Edge and then call winget instalal Edge ?
