Feature Request: dependencies syntax highlighting for `pyproject.toml` files

See the difference in syntax highlight here:

On the left is using the language pip requirements from the Python extension.
On the right is using the language TOML from the Even Better TOML extension.

With requirements files falling out of favor. It would be nice to have equivalent syntax highlighting on modern alternatives.
