| Setting the environment once should cause the extension to use it going forward. If that's not the case then please file a bug using the "Report Issue" command. |

I am unable to reliably ensure that VSCode always opens with the correct python environment for my workspace. I just want to set it to the
.venvfile in the root dir.Is there some sort of global setting to ignore:
