todolist sample issue on Windows

Hello, i follow the instructions to deploy on windows first npm install, then npm run start-windows and npm run start.
Im getting this on Visual Studio:

I'm not sure it supports react-native-windows. I have only run it for web/android/ios

That error message indicates the react-native-sqlite does not support windows. Sorry!

Options I see include:
A. Update todo list sample to depend just on Storage rather than on sqlite
B. Switch to a different cross platform storage engine (other than the Storage API)
C. contribute to that project to support windows
