imagesvg SvgRect missing rx prop?

It looks like the rx property which accepts a number to round corners is missing from the SvgRect component linked here.

Is there anyway we can implement it so we can round corners of an svg rectangle?

@deregtd It's a really simple fix, to just create & pass the rx property to the underlying <rect.
Is there any reason the rx property is left out of imagesvg?

I really have no idea. As long as it works across all platforms equally then there's no reason not to pass it. Most of the SVG stuff in the past was limited on react native, but it's been long enough that I don't remember the other nuances. Happy to take PRs if you've done the research for us. :)

If somebody can look at the React-Native side of things and verify that the SVG library works fine, I would certainly be happy to review a PR that fixes this issue. Please let me know @MovingGifts or somebody else!
