Multiple sims don't work in docs

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://makecode.microbit.org/pkg/microbit-apps/display-shield
2. Scroll to "Mashup" example
3. Press the run button,
4. See that only brings up the micro:bit simulator.

Expected behavior
The display shield simulator should appear as well.
