[BUG] Files not being displayed alphabetically

Describe the bug
In PromptFlow in ai.azure.com, when you view the files in the Prompt Flow then they don't display alphabetically

How To Reproduce the bug
Steps to reproduce the behavior, how frequent can you experience the bug:

1. In ai.azure.com navigate to your PF and expand the Files and look in a folder
2. You'll notice that the files are not listed alphabetically

Expected behavior
I would expect the files to be listed alphabetically

Don't think this is relevant.

• Promptflow Package Version using pf -v: [e.g. 0.0.102309906]
• Operating System: [e.g. Ubuntu 20.04, Windows 11]
• Python Version using python --version: [e.g. python==3.10.12]
