Add Support for Java 25

Hello team,

Java 25 was recently released, and we noticed that has not yet declared compatibility with it.
Currently, running applications with Java 25 using may lead to warnings or potential runtime issues, since official support is not confirmed.

@Ananya2 Thought I'd report this here since it might be relevant - connections to Azure SQL Server with a JDK 25 TomEE base image in Docker seem to fail, while a JDK 21 base image (nothing else changed) works fine. Driver is mssql-jdbc-13.2.1.jre11.jar. I also have FINEST level logs available, though those are over 7k lines - would you like me to post them somewhere?

We’ll update this thread once the JDK 25 validation and required fixes are complete.
