Description

On the ScrollablePane documentation page (https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/fluentui#/controls/web/scrollablepane), there is an example for rendering a "DetailsList Fixed Header without ScrollablePane". Considering this example doesn't include a ScrollablePane, I think it makes more sense to include this as an example on the DetailsList component page (https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/fluentui#/controls/web/detailslist). I know there are quite a few folks out there looking for this functionality so might increase visibility.
