UITests - CI/CD rules

To make our goal of having the authomated releases successful, we need to make sure we have the mandatory Tests step for each PR to main and stable.

• Trigger the UI/Unit test for PR to main, based on edited modules (using label?)
• Trigger all UI/Unit tests for PR to stable.
