Description of the new feature / enhancement

One of the best and most useful features for developers and designers could be adding screen guides to help them build layouts without third-party tools.

Some useful actions:

  • create it vertically and horizontally,
  • lock it
  • change the colours
  • move it manually and with the keyboard

Scenario when this would be used?

Build layout and measure directly in the browser
help manage spacing between contents
align contents visually
