Description of the new feature / enhancement

Allow users to change the OpenAI Base URL in the Advanced Paste settings (And also the tool calling and prompt format becouse some AIs might not support the one used).

Scenario when this would be used?

When you don't use OpenAI but some other service (Or even selfhost it using something like Ollama)
