Description of the new feature / enhancement

First, it will be great to have Azure OpenAI keys to be supported here.
In latter builds, it will be nice to support local Ollama models and Copilot models that are already in the local Windows installation.

Scenario when this would be used?

When I am an Azure customer and not an OpenAI customer

I haven't personally used Azure OpenAI before, but my understanding is that the only change required is to send requests to a different API endpoint (which would theoretically be solved by my previous proposed change #32960) - is this the case?
