Steps to reproduce

When using right click to trigger the zone selection, the zone directly under the cursor at the time of right click does not select until a short random time between 0 and 2 seconds after or until the mouse moves at least 1 pixel. This makes quick selection when the mouse does not move intermittent resulting in missed zone snapping. I believe this behaviour was introduced within the last few versions.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Selection of the zone directly under the mouse should be immediate on right clicking to activate the zone.

❌ Actual Behavior

The zone does not immediately select unless moving the mouse at least 1 pixel or until 0-2 seconds after.

I run into this issue literally all the time, especially when quickly moving things between screens. The moment when you right click, the mouse is completely still and the zone doesn't activate.

When I keep my mouse still, the zone never activates at all.
I really have to right click and then move the mouse, which is breaking the natural flow.

This issue also didn't exist say a year ago, but it's been here for quite a while.
Agree with expected behaviour that @andywhy88 suggests. Just to clarify: you would still need to release the mouse for the window to apply to the zone, but the zone should active the moment you right click (and change if you keep moving your mouse).

I still encounter this bug. My version is V0.87.1.

Still bugged for me as well. Super annoying for power users :)
