Description of the new feature / enhancement

there should be a priority order value.
and result from that plugin will come first, if there is even 1 result coming.

Scenario when this would be used?

Lets say I have 'chrome' instance running, first command that comes is always to launch new instance, and later to move to running.

coming from linux and mac background, it should always come first.
