Workload not appearing in Fabric workspace when selecting New Item

I'm running the sample application from here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric/workload-development-kit/quickstart-sample

After following all the steps, and after running the dev gateway, I cannot see the custom workload when selecting New Item.

I do not see any errors when running the frontend, the Boilerplate solution, or the dev gateway. The item simply does not appear in the Fabric workspace.

Any guidance on this appreciated

@datahai - Can you please capture network traffic when loading the Fabric portal, after you have everything setup?
(Frontend, Boilerplate & DevGateway)

@datahai, I had the same issue and the "sample item (preview)" didn't show up until I enabled Fabric Developer mode.
