the giga drill doesn't mine at all

if I check the tool editor the, offset is what's changed, and the dimensions are 1,1

Digging was recently re-implemented, collision masks and offsets need to be re-done on all tools. The giga drill not working looks to be an issue with offsets. This is likely a problem with other tools as well.
